Money, hours, goods or professional skill — every form of support is put to work in the same week it arrives.

Make a donation

Donations fund parcels, fuel for the delivery van, the hot meals in our after-school room, and the small emergency fund our coordinators can release within 24 hours.

One-time gift

Any amount helps. 150 RON covers a full family food parcel; 400 RON covers a month of hot meals for the after-school group; 900 RON covers a winter firewood delivery for one household.

Monthly sponsorship

A standing order of 50–200 RON per month is what allows us to promise a beneficiary a full year of weekly visits. Monthly donors receive a short quarterly field letter.

Goods and in-kind

Non-perishable food, new hygiene products, school supplies, firewood and functional household appliances. Please call before delivering so we can check current needs.

Direct 3.5% of your income tax

Under the Romanian Fiscal Code, individuals may direct up to 3.5% of their annual income tax to a non-profit entity. It does not cost you anything: this money is already owed to the state budget — you simply choose where it goes.

It is the single most valuable form of support we receive, because it is unrestricted and predictable, which lets us plan a full year of visits and parcels.

How to do it

  1. 1Download Form 230 (“Cerere privind destinația sumei reprezentând până la 3,5% din impozitul anual datorat”) from anaf.ro, or ask us to send you a pre-filled copy.
  2. 2Enter our details: ASOCIAȚIA "NIEMALS ALLEIN", National Registration Number 969/A/2017, IBAN RO49 RNCB 0193 0969 4201 0001.
  3. 3You may tick the two-year option so the designation renews automatically.
  4. 4Submit the form to your local ANAF office, through the SPV online portal, or hand it to us — we submit collected forms free of charge before the annual deadline (usually 25 May).

Volunteer with us

We ask for a realistic, repeated commitment — most commonly one visit or one session per week for at least six months. All volunteers sign a volunteering contract under Law no. 78/2014, complete safeguarding training, and provide a criminal record certificate before working with children or vulnerable adults. You will never be sent to a first visit alone.

  • Companion visitor (elderly programme)
  • Parcel packing and delivery driver
  • Homework mentor, primary or secondary level
  • Event support and cooking team
  • Pro-bono: accounting, legal advice, translation (DE/HU/EN), photography

Volunteer application

Corporate partnerships (CSR)

Romanian companies may direct up to 20% of their profit tax (capped at 0.75% of turnover) to sponsorship under Law no. 32/1994, and register the beneficiary in the ANAF register of entities eligible for sponsorship. We are entered in that register.

Programme sponsorship

Fund a named programme for a year, with quarterly reporting, photographs (consent-cleared) and a public acknowledgement if you wish one.

Employee volunteering

Team days packing parcels, renovating a beneficiary's home, or running a workshop in our after-school room.

In-kind and logistics

Transport, warehousing, printing, IT equipment and professional services are as useful to us as cash.
