We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. Statistics refer to the reporting period stated next to them. Programme details may change according to available resources.
Donations made by bank transfer are processed by our bank; we do not collect or store card details on this website. Donations are voluntary and, save where mandatory law provides otherwise, non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will examine the situation in good faith.
Donations are used for the statutory purposes of the association. Restricted donations for a named programme are recorded and used exclusively for that programme.
You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, defamatory or abusive content, to attempt unauthorised access, or to submit false information through our forms — in particular false referrals, which divert help from people who need it.
The name, logo, texts and photographs on this site belong to the association or are used with permission. They may be reproduced for non-commercial, informational purposes with attribution. Photographs of identifiable persons may not be reused.
The association is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of this website, nor for the content of external websites linked from it.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute falls within the competence of the courts of Mureș County. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
